Kaszę Cook the groats. Wash chicken breasts properly, put them into the pot and cook with vegetables in salted water with the addition of herbs, bay leaves and pepper. When meat is tender, drain it. Melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and mix it with the cold broth, put two slices of lemon peel. From the rest of lemon squeeze it to get juice, add white pepper, salt and cream. To so prepared sauce put the meat and simmer for a while. Chicken should be served with groats and vegetables, sprinkled with parsley.
