Pork stew with rice

  • 2 bags of rice Lestello
  • 50 dag of pork lion
  • 1 red pepper
  • small can of peaches
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 celery twigs
  • 2 teaspoons of potato starch
  • salt, pepper

A method of preparing

Wash the meat, cut into bars and fry in oil. Move into a saucepan. Peppers cut into pieces. Chop the celery and onions. Add vegetables to meat. Pour the peaches sauce and simmer until tender. At the end of simmering add chopped peaches. Thicken the sauce with potato starch, boil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
