A method of preparing
Cut the meat into large pieces, fry in hot oil, add tomato, garlic, oregano and evaporate. Add water to 3 / 4 height of the meat, simmer for about 20 minutes. On a separate frying pan, fry cut into cubes peppers, shallots, bacon. When the meat is ready, add the vegetables and simmer for a while. Season to taste.
