A method of preparing

Cook the groats. Remove the pepper seed, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with garlic clove. Mix the peppers with groats. The ring-shaped form grease with oil and fill with groats, slightly pressing. Rinse the kidney, remove fat and membranes, cut in halves, soak in water for 30 minutes, drain. Cut into smaller pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, coat in flour and fry in butter. Add chopped onion, pour in the broth, season, simmer 30 minutes. Remove the groats ring and move on a round dish. In its center put the hot stew and immediately serve.
