A method of preparing
Dice the peppers and onions, and sprinkle with salt, leave for 2 hours, then squeeze out excess of the water. Heat the oil in a pan, add sugar, vinegar and tomato concentrate, pour 1 / 2 cup of water and add the peppers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the whole ingredients (so that the peppers is soft) approximately 30 minutes. Cook the rice. Fill buttered form with the rice and press. Cut the meat into cubes, fry in a pan, then add to paprika sauce. Simmer with the sauce for about 15 minutes. Before serving, the ring of rice should be placed on the large round platter, and the chicken in paprika sauce put in its center.
