Muffins with blackberries on buckwheat

  • 2 cups of buckwheat
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup ofmilk
  • 0. 5 cup of Grapeseed Oil
  • 150 gram of blackberries

A method of preparing

Buckwheat grind in coffee grinder and sift it into a bowl. Add sugar, baking soda, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix, so everything is nicely merged. Add the milk to the dry ingredients and slowly mix. After about a minute, add the eggs and continue to mix. Gradually add oil. Mix for about 5 minutes. Blackberries wash and add to the dough. Gently mix all dough with a spatula. Put the molds for Cupcakes\/muffins. Cookie cutters should be greased with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough to about 3\/4 the height of the moulds. Insert into preheated to 160 degrees oven. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the so-called dry cotton swab.
