A method of preparing
Pour a glass of boiling water to oats flakes and wait until a little of water will sink into them and they will get soft, then drain. Peel carrots and grate. Add eggs, honey, milk and cinnamon to the flakes. At the end add grated carrots. All mix together. Heat the pan up. Form small cakes of dough and put them with a spoon on a hot oil. Fry until gold.
