A method of preparing
Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Dice the peppers. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add peppers, peas, season to taste and fry for about 5 minutes. Peel two cloves of garlic and onion, and chop in small pieces, throw in the pan and fry. Add the meat, fry it, add vegetables and rice. Mix all properly and after few minutes put the peeled and chopped tomatoes. Dissolve saffron noodles in the broth and pour a glass of broth to the pan with vegetables and rice. Simmer on low heat for about 25 min, adding broth and stirring. Fry the shrimps in olive oil with the rest of sliced garlic. When ready decorate with shrimps.
