A method of preparing

Pick over the lentils and beans (each separately), wash, soak overnight, then pour off the water and pour boiling water. Cook until soft, then drain. Peel the onions, chop and fry in 2 spoons of butter and cool. Grind the lentils, beans and onions. Chop the garlic and mix it with salt and 2 tablespoons of butter. To the onion-beans mass add butter with garlic, crumbs, eggs and nutmeg, season with salt and pepper and mix properly. The bottom of baking form cover with paper and fill with prepared mass. On the top put the rest of the butter. The pate sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of water, cover it with aluminum foil and put into oven heated to a temperature of 180 (°C). Bake approximately 1 hour.
