Wholemeal dumplings

  • Dough:
  • 25 dag of wholemeal flour
  • 8 dag of wheat flour
  • egg
  • pinch of salt
  • Filling:
  • 1 and a half cup of buckwheat groats Lestello
  • package of smoked tofu
  • a bit of leek
  • tablespoon of butter
  • salt and pepper

A method of preparing

Both kinds of flour, egg and salt with little of water, knead to get a smooth dough. Cook the groats. Cut the leek into slices, fry in butter. Cut tofu into cubes, add the groats with leeks. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Thinly roll the dough out, cut circles with the glass, fill with stuffing, exactly stick the edges together. Cook in salted water.
