Bean salad

Components

  • 60 dag of beans Lestello
  • 40 dag of tuna in gravy
  • 2 red onions
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • bunch of parsley
  • salt, pepper

A method of preparing

Soak the beans overnight. Cook until soft in a large quantity of fresh water, drain and cool. Move the beans to a salad bowl, add crumbled tuna, drained from gravy, onion chopped in thin slices and chopped parsley. Olive oil mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper. All the salad ingredients and mix gently and pour with the sauce. Before serving cool in the refrigerator.
