A method of preparing
Soak the chickpeas, pour water and cook for 1-1.5 hour and drain, cut the chicken into strips, fry in oil. Hollow out the pepper, peel carrots. All vegetables cut into strips. Soak the mushrooms, cut into pieces, stew in oil with carrots and peppers. Add the meat and chickpeas to the vegetables, fry, season with salt and pepper. Add sprouts and rocket salad. Mix properly.
