Green salad with rice

  • 20 dag of rice Lestello
  • 2 green cucumbers
  • 10 dag of green peas
  • 10 green olives
  • 1 / 2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 / 2 bunch of coriander
  • a bunch of spring onions with chives
  • lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • one spoon of provencal herbs
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • salt, pepper

A method of preparing

Cook the rice and cool. Wash the cucumbers, cut into half-slices. Clean spring onions and cut together with the chives. Scald the peas. Rinse the parsley and coriander and chop. Rice put in a bowl, add cucumbers, onions, olives and the rest greens. Grind one tablespoon of lemon juice with a pinch of salt, pepper, herbs and olive oil. Such prepared sauce pour over salad and mix. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving decorate with mayonnaise.
