A method of preparing
Cook the mushrooms and drain them, boil the buckwheat groat in mushrooms broth. Cut onions and bacon and fry. Grindthe groats with mushrooms, add the onions, bacon, season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Cut out the cabbage-stump and boil the whole cabbage in salted water, drain, separate the leaves. Put the stuffing on leaves, roll, place in a pot, pour water and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with tomato or mushroom sauce.
