  • 5 dag of marinated red peppers

A method of preparing

Pour the rice into boiling broth and cook. Cool. Cook the egg than cool, peel and chop. Remove the fishbone from mackerel and grind. Peel the onion then chop. Drain the peppers and cut into small cubes. Put the rice, egg, mackerel, onions and peppers into the bowl, pour the mayonnaise, stir, season. Fill the forms up with the rice mass, lightly press and cool in the refrigerator. Such prepared meal put on the plate and serve.
