Vegetarian casserole with buckwheat groats

  • 2 bags of buckwheat
  • 20 dag of frozen green peas
  • 15 dag of champignons
  • 1 egg onion
  • 15 dag of grated cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • salt, pepper fresh basil

A method of preparing

Put the buckwheat groat into boiling salted water, cook according to directions on the box. Cool, remove the bags. Throw the peas for 5 min to the salted boiling water than drain. Peel the champignons, cut into slices. Peel the onion, chop with mushrooms and fry in butter. Mix the groats with stirred egg, mushrooms, peas and onion. Put the groats to the heat-resistant form greased with butter, lightly press and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 (°C), cover with half-slices of tomato and sprinkle with cheese again. Bake 10 more minutes. Baked casserole before serving sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
