Fish casserole

  • 20 dag of rice Lestello
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 teaspoon of spices for fish
  • 40 dag of salad cucumber
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped dill
  • 50 dag of panga fillets
  • 1 tomato
  • salt, white pepper

A method of preparing

Cook the rice in water with vegetable broth. Peel cucumbers and cut into cubes, mix with rice, season the fish with a little of pepper. Mix the cream with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, egg and 1 tablespoon of chopped dill. Wash the fish, dry and sprinkle with the rest of pepper. Put the fillets on the rice and cucumber and decorate with tomato slices. Pour with the cream and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Sprinkle the fish with the rest of dill and pour with the rest of lemon juice.
