A method of preparing
Wash the vegetables, put into the pot, add spices and onions. Wash the ribs, put into the vegetables, pour 2 liters of water,add salt and cook. Strain the brew, add barley groats, add the peeled and diced potatoes, boil until tender. Remove the bones from a part of the meat, and dice together with vegetables and put into the soup. Season to taste and add chopped dill.
